Privacy policy

This is a translation of the German Datenschutzerklärung. In case of doubt, the German version applies.

As of: 28 October 2026. This policy applies to the website leistungsfix.com. For the UmlageFix app, the UmlageFix privacy policy applies.

1. Controller

2. Website

The website is delivered via Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit it, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, page requested, browser details) to deliver the site securely and quickly (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Cloudflare may also process data in the USA on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

We use no cookies, no analytics or advertising services and no tracking. Fonts are loaded from our own server; there is no connection to Google or other font providers. The copy function for the clauses works only in your browser.

3. Contact and pilot sign-up

If you write to us or sign up for the pilot, we process your details (name, email address, company, your message) to handle your request and to contact you about the pilot phase (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). Emails to @umlagefix.com are forwarded to our mailbox via Cloudflare Email Routing. We delete the details when they are no longer needed for your request, unless statutory retention periods apply.

4. LeistungsFix

LeistungsFix is in preparation. No documents are uploaded or analysed on this website. Before the pilot phase starts, we will update this policy and conclude a data processing agreement with every participating property manager.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Please contact info@umlagefix.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

6. Changes

We update this policy when the offering or the law changes. The version published here applies.
